Clinton Lofts – 200 Hamilton Avenue

With the DeRosa Group, Trenton Makes, Inc. created a winning proposal to the City of Trenton to develop a half acre lot at 200 Hamilton Ave in Trenton. Current plans for the site include construction of a 20,000 SF mixed use building. The site is located within a few blocks of the Trenton Train Station, the Roebling Market, and the Sun Bank Arena.
