Trenton Makes Building

The Trenton Makes Building is a 25,000 SF, mixed-use property with retail, office, and artist studio spaces. Trenton Makes, Inc. has an office in the building and has operated several retail businesses, including a restaurant and a nightclub, from the site. Trenton Makes, Inc. also provides property management and real estate consulting services there.

As the property was being renovated in 1999 and 2000, Trenton Makes, Inc. provided much of the marketing and public relations work related to the ground breaking, including the grand opening and leasing for this award winning project. Trenton Makes, Inc. was the pre-committed tenant that helped make the project’s financing possible.
