The Sterling Building – 811 South Broad Street

The Sterling Building, located at 811 South Broad Street is a revitalization project initiated by Trenton Makes, Inc. with partner WSP Associates, LLC. The project is aimed at achieving the US Green Building Council’s LEED Certification for energy efficiency and will feature:

• Sustainable design elements such as solar panels
• bike depot
• energy efficient lighting elements.
• a close proximity to Trenton Train Station, Rail Station, and Bus Lines
• a densely populated area with high levels of pedestrian and vehicular traffic
• 5600 SF of mixed use space
• possible residential lofts on second floor that will be available for a build-to-suit situation
